Church Rooms available for hire in the 3 Rivers Pastoral Area

Rooms available for parish use or hire:

1. Room 1 - Small Meeting room for up to 8 people - separate access - 2 steps
2. Room 2 - Reception/Meeting area for 60 people in auditorium style - kitchen with serving hatch
3. Room 3 - 2nd meeting Room for up to 12

Availability - every day except when mass is being said - click here for normal mass times

Catering facilities:

• Kitchen with serving hatch, Microwave? Fridge (on?) Dishwasher
• Crockery and cutlery for 60
• Self -Catering
• Tea/Coffee available - please bring own milk and biscuits etc. (10p per cup is usual donation)

Separate Ladies and Gentlemen's toilets

All rooms are on the ground floor and there is level access.

Parking in the Church Car park for up to 40 cars

Public Transport:

• no direct bus route
• nearest rail station, Botley (3 miles) - Eastleigh (for London) 6 miles

Costs:

• Free for Parish Meetings,
• a donation from parish members holding a private function
• for Diocese, the agreed rate
• others, contact the room coordinator
