point out the faults of a car he wants you to buy!
Licensed Conveyancers (or Solicitors)
Work with other lawyers and estate agents to check
information and agree the legal terms of the transaction
working towards the exchange of contracts.
Exchange Contracts - Completion - Move - Ownership and
Mortgages registered
Once a property is sold, we work hand in hand with the
Estate Agents, Licensed Conveyancers (or solicitors) to
professionally manage the legal 'conveyance' or passing of a
property from the seller to the buyer.
We can act just for Buyers or Sellers OR
BOTH.
